Who is responsible

What is stored

The legal basis is the agreement you enter when you use the service (the terms), and for the server logs and the access decision, a legitimate interest in keeping a small free service running.
Who sees it
- Reports are shown according to their visibility: public to everyone, hidden to anyone with the link, private to you alone.
- Discord receives the report title, the team name, the instances, the date and the link, but only when you set a webhook, and never for a private report. Discord's own privacy policy applies to what happens there.
- The hosting provider that rents us the server processes the data on our behalf. The server is in Finland, so everything stays inside the EU. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
- The admin of the service can see every report and every account, in order to run the beta.
How long
Until you delete it. A report can be deleted from the dashboard; the parsed log goes with it. Deleting your account from the account page removes the account, every report and log, every raid team, the upload history, the access request and your bug reports. There is no backup to restore from afterwards. When the beta ends, remaining data may be deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy, or object to how it is used. Deleting is a button on the account page; for the rest, write to hi@andreasbylund.se. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Sweden that is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
If your character appears in someone else's report and you would rather it did not, tell us which report and we will take it up with the uploader, or remove it.
Children
Logbreakdown is not aimed at anyone under 16. If you think a younger person has an account, tell us and it will be removed.
Changes
The date at the top says when this page last changed. Anything that matters will be announced on the dashboard.
