Logbreakdown

Upload the combat log.
Get the breakdown.

You do not have to lead the raid to log it. Anyone who typed /combatlog can drop WoWCombatLog.txt here. The raid gets one link: who was unenchanted, who skipped flasks, who stood in fire. Every raider in it gets a page that follows them night after night.

Free, in beta and under continuous development. No addon, no Warcraft Logs account, no ranking to chase.

Every raider gets a page

Not only the one who uploaded. Every name in the log gets its own page: flask, food, potion windows, deaths, active time, casts, the gear worn, the bosses killed, night after night, compared with nothing but your own usual.

Jorelzor's own page, live from this machine: 5 nights on boss kills.

Found by name
Type the name as the log writes it. The page collects every night the character was in, from any team, whoever uploaded it.
Facts, not verdicts
Flask or both elixirs, what was worn, bosses pulled and killed. Nothing is red or yellow: what counts is each team's call and lives on their report.
Your usual, not a ranking
The dashed line is your own median. A one-hour Gruul night and a three-hour Black Temple night sit side by side, because everything is a rate.

Find a raider

Your team decides what counts

The old CLA sheet had one list of wrong items and cheap enchants, and every guild got the same verdicts. Here, each raid team copies those lists and makes them its own: a pencil sits next to every verdict on the report. Pick who it applies to and where, press Allow, and the whole night is re-judged.

Per class, per raid
A rule can apply to shamans only, or only in Black Temple and earlier. Everyone else keeps the default.
Starts as CLA
Until you touch anything, the verdicts match the spreadsheet. One click puts the defaults back.
Your rules travel with the link
Anyone opening your shared report sees your team's verdicts. Not CLA's, and not their own.
Nothing to re-upload
The gear and buffs of every pull are already stored. A changed rule re-judges every report the team has.

What a breakdown covers

The in-game meter shows you one pull while you are standing in it. The breakdown shows you the whole night, in four tabs: Raiders, Prep, Combat, Pulls.

Raiders
One row per raider, the checklist on the left, the numbers for their role on the right: healing and mana for healers, damage taken and crushes for tanks, damage and casts for everyone else.
Gear, enchants, gems
Missing enchants, empty sockets, cheap enchants, and items that do not belong on that boss. Red needs a talk. Yellow is a nudge.
Flasks, food, oils
What each raider had up at pull, as a share of boss pulls, and which buffs were the cheap version.
Drums and trash
Who hit drums, how many got the buff, and tinnitus. Named trash packs against the minimum for that raid, so nobody counts them by hand.
Deaths and avoidable
Who died first, to what, with which cooldown still unused, and the fire and void zones that should not have landed.
Potions and casts
Who drank the potion their role is expected to drink, and the casts that matter for that job: Heroic Strikes, Lifeblooms, Judgements.
Pull by pull
One row per pull: length, heroism, who died, which debuffs were up. A wipe reads without scrolling a timeline.
One link, one paragraph
Paste the link in Discord; anyone can read it, no account needed. The debrief is one paragraph, ready to copy for /raid.

From raid night to report in three steps

  1. Turn on advanced combat logging

Type /combatlog before the first pull. Any raider can; you do not need to lead the raid or hold a rank. The game writes everything to WoWCombatLog.txt in your Logs folder.

    Read the guide
  2. Drop the file in

A hundred megabytes is normal. One log is parsed at a time; if the machine is busy, the file waits on your computer until it is your turn. A full raid night is ready in a couple of seconds after the file arrives. If someone else already uploaded the same raid, you are told before anything is doubled.

    Read the guide
  3. Read it, share it

Gear, flasks, drums, and how each raider played. One link you can paste to the guild, and a page for every raider in it.

    Read the guide
Upload a log

Sign in and drop the combat log. Raiding with a team? Pick it, and Discord gets the name, the instances and the date. On your own, or logging for a pug? Skip it; the report is the same report.

Why this exists

A raid night produces a combat log of a hundred megabytes or more. Everything that happened is in there. Almost nobody reads it, because reading it used to mean a Google Sheet and a Warcraft Logs API that every guild hits at the same time.

One file in, one report out

Four tabs: raiders, prep, combat, pulls. Preparation and performance on the same page, so a raider opening a Discord link can see themselves in a few seconds. The old spreadsheet names still apply if you want them: CLA for what people brought, RPB for what they did.

Built for the raid, not the leaderboard

There is no ranking to chase here. The report answers the questions a raid asks after the night: who skipped flasks, who stopped hitting, did last week's cheap enchants get fixed. Your own page compares you with yourself. And when the report is wrong about your guild, you change the rule, not the guild.
